opportunities for a right fit, we do a thorough interview.
Narrowing down the search, we can save time for you and your
family.

How do you get your candidates?
Many candidates contact us
searching an opportunity or after completing training. Also
candidates come to us from other recruiting colleagues and
through our direct marketing to candidates. |
Will you send my CV to anyone?
Until
you’ve given prior
approval, and expressed an interest in an opportunity your
CV will not be sent to clients or other firm recruiters. |
How do you screen your candidates?
After a detailed review of the candidates CV and a thorough
interview, we are able
to determine the candidates’ needs and qualifications.
Online resources are also used to do additional screening. |
What does your service cost
me?
There is no cost for medical
candidates. All fees are paid by the hospital or group practice. |
How are fees paid to WMR?
The Client (Hospital or Group Practice)
will pay WMR directly. We are responsible for paying our colleagues
for candidates received from them. |
